Day 1

Upon arrival in London, our driver will meet you in the arrival’s hall and transfer to your central city hotel. You could begin your discovery of London with a city tour conducted on the original London Double Decker Hop On – Hop Off Tour Bus. (Dependent on flight arrival time) The London tour offers several sightseeing routes that cover all the main sights in Central London with live commentary. Also included in your tour are the free walks and a cruise on the river Thames. The major sights include Buckingham Palace, The Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, The London Eye, Downing Street, St. Pauls Cathedral, The Tower of London, Trafalgar Square and Piccadilly Circus. The bus tour and route allow you the opportunity to come and go as you please, so that you can visit many of the great attractions around the city such as The Tower of London, where you can see the Crown Jewels including the Kohinoor, or experience to the breath-taking views of the city on one of London’s most popular attractions “The London Eye.” In the evening, you could take yourself up to Leicester Square in the heart of London, where there’s plenty to see and do - including cinemas, restaurants, theatres, clubs and bars that make London such a vibrant city. Day 2

Continue your discovery of London with a city Hop on Hop off tour conducted on the original London Double Decker bus. Also included in your tour are the free walks and cruise on the River Thames. The major sights include Change of Guards at Buckingham Palace, the Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, The London Eye, Downing Street, St. Pauls Cathedral, The Tower of London, Trafalgar Square and Piccadilly Circus. During your tour you can also visit London’s most famous attractions, such as Madame Tussaud’s, where you can have your photos taken with the celebrities or the Tower of London, where you can see the Crown Jewels including the Kohinoor. Upgrade your experience to the breath-taking views of the city on one of London’s most popular attractions “The London Eye.” In the evening, take yourself up to Leicester Square in the heart of London, where there’s plenty to see and do - including cinemas, restaurants, clubs and everything else that makes London such a vibrant city. Day 3

Dublin
The trip commences at London Euston station, where you will be met by your host at the Virgin Train Station Reception and escorted into your reserved seats on your direct express train bound for Holyhead in Wales. Your train, complete with on-board toilets and a shop will speed through the beautiful countryside of England and Wales to reach Holyhead in just 3 hours and 40 minutes. Upon arrival into Holyhead's port station, you will immediately board the Ulysses cruise ferry for your crossing of the Irish Sea taking a little over 3 hours before finishing your journey in the Irish Capital of Dublin. Facilities on board ship include a range of restaurants and bars, a 2-screen cinema and a traditional promenade deck, from where you can enjoy the fresh sea air. The ship arrives into Dublin Port in the late afternoon and you will be transferred directly to your hotel in Dublin City Centre. Free time for leisure or shopping. Overnight in hotel. |
Day 4

Dublin
Today you can explore the city in your own free time, armed with tickets for the Hop On – Hop Off Bus Tour and Dublin Fast Track Passes. The Dublin tour offers sightseeing routes that cover all the main sights in the city with live commentary. Highlights include the Georgian Quarter with its magnificent architecture, Temple Bar and O’Connell Street, with its historic central GPO, site of the Easter Rising of 1916. Visit to Trinity College, the most famous university in Ireland founded in 1592 by Queen Elizabeth 1st of England and the scholarly home to many classical and contemporary Irish writers. You will have the opportunity to view the world-famous Book of Kells and to stroll through the beautifully preserved old library. Continue on to St Patrick’s Cathedral - Ireland's largest church was founded beside a sacred well where St. Patrick is said to have baptised converts around 450A.D. A stone slab bearing a Celtic cross and covering the well was un-earthed at the turn of the century (20th). It is now preserved in the west end of the cathedral's nave. The original building was just a wooden chapel and remained so until 1192 when Archbishop John Comyn rebuilt the cathedral in stone. In the afternoon, visit the Guinness Storehouse. Opened in December 2000, the Guinness Storehouse is a whole museum dedicated to Ireland’s most famous export, Guinness stout. Entry to the Guinness Storehouse is through a pint glass-shaped atrium capable of holding 10,000 pints of stout, and there is a free pint of the magic brew for every visitor at the end of the tour in the spectacular Gravity Bar, which is located on the top floor and offers spectacular views across the city. Continue on to The Irish Museum of Modern - Ireland’s leading national institution for the collection and presentation of modern and contemporary art. In the evening visit the historic James Old Jameson Distillery an unforgettable experience that will transport you back in time to the days when one of Ireland’s greatest entrepreneurs, John Jameson first made the whiskey that is a legacy today. The city is crammed with an abundance of things to do and see. Overnight at the hotel. |
Day 5

London
At the end of a memorable visit to Ireland you will be transferred back to Dublin Port for the return crossing to Holyhead, where your train will be waiting to transport you through Wales and back to London. Free time for leisure in London. Overnight in hotel. |

After breakfast say goodbye to London and take your private transfer to the airport. |
